We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: – Communicate with you; – Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and – When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow for extra delivery time over the Christmas period.
Domestic Orders (within Australia) are all free. All our orders are sent via Australia Post. Please see the for express post delivery guidelines for your area.
Do you accept international orders?
We love our international clients and are happy to ship internationally!
A quote for postage can be generated on the product page.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred as well as any customs delays. Please check your local customs office for more information.
Some locations may take longer depending on the address. We are not responsible for any carrier or customs delays and cannot guarantee a set delivery time.
3. Refunds and Returns
Please consider your purchase carefully before finalising your order, as unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and reported within 14 days of your receiving your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and the address for where to send the product to will be emailed out to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and a replacement of the same planner will be sent to your mailing address within 5 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the new planner will be covered by Momentous Planners.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
